Downton Abbey meets Night of the Living Dead in this gothic tale of secrets, romance, and suspense delicately laced with sly humor.

In the 19th century England, the auspicious Edward Dorchester invites several families for a party to his estate to celebrate his goddaughter’s engagement. But his guests soon realize that protecting their hearts and reputations from scandal are the least of their concern when they’re overrun by a hoard of the undead.

About the Author

Amber Michelle Cook writes stories of deep, meaningful fun. Partly raised in Germany, she went to an international school for high-school, majored in linguistics, loves literature and period pieces.

She’s also a photography/graphic arts artist of color and wonder living in the great Northwest. In addition to leading Improv writing tables, she heads National Novel Editing Month. Aside from words and stories, she adores dogs and is fascinated by any and everything aquatic (especially cephalopods).

  1. ‘Downton Abbey meets Night of the Living Dead…’ Now that’s one description I never thought I’d read for a book 😛 Life hasn’t been the same since Downton finished so perhaps this is just the fix that I need 😛
