“Life Finds a Way.”
Hey guys!
It’s been eons since I’ve done one of these! To say life has been busy would be a huge understatement and I have neglected my poor blog as a result. Thankfully, I have made a point to dedicate lots of time to it in the last week or two. I had also been in kind of a reading slump too, but I’m happy to say that I have been reading like a fiend lately. This book dragon is back!
So what’s new? Hmm, I went to Mexico, got married, bought a new house, moved to a new city… all in the span of a couple of months, so you know, not much. Mexico was blissful and there isn’t a day since I’ve returned when I don’t wish to go back. The wedding was amazing!
55 of our nearest and dearest made the trip so the entire week was epic!
Truly a once in a life time experience. Imagine, 36 of those people were on the same flight too. It was so awesome. The only downside, my daughter now expects to fly business class and have everyone one she knows come on vacation with us from now on. Quite the precedent to set for her first big trip lol.
Now, we are in the painful process of minor home renos and then unpacking. I really look forward to our new house feeling like home.
So what do I have for you today? I’m going with Jurassic World because 1. I’m a huge dinosaur nerd and 2. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom just came out and I can’t wait to see it!

Arrggg! There all so cool! It’s really hard to narrow it down to just one poster but since I have to, I think I’m going to go with “C”. There’s just something about it. It sums up the movie really well and I also find it striking.

Aww thank you! It really was lovely. Renos are nearing completion. It will be nice to finally settle in our new home lol

Congratulations, Shannon! The pics are beautiful and it looks like everyone had a wonderful time. I’m kind of a dinosaur nerd myself. When my oldest son was around 5, he fell head over heels for dinos and I learned tons about them. Can’t wait for the movie!

Thank you! It really was lovely. I’ve loved dinosaurs since I can remember. I thought the movie was out this weekend but not till the 22nd. I saw the early release reviews and got excited lol.

I agree with you. “C” is certainly the most iconic image and it does perfectly sum up the film. But, because the comments are less fun when everyone just says, “Hey! You’re so right!” I’m going to go with “J” (really, it’s my second choice by…shhh…we’ll just keep that between us). I love what they do with the negative space and there’s something about kids and Jurassic Park that’s fairly iconic in its own right.
Also, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Aww, thank you for sharing the pictures! Absolutely everything looks perfect and so, so beautiful. And that picture of you and your daughter! That totally melted my heart. It’s precious and perfect and really what it’s all about. Aaaahhh! What a great day!

I loved E the most haha. Because of how minimal it is. I dont know, I think I’m just a sucker for minimalism :p
But C is a great choice. It shows off the human aspect of the movie as well.
