Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better…
Season 2 drops, and I am bingeing into the wee hours because this season is soooo good, and I’m only a few episodes in!
Werewolves, and Witches, and Incubi, Oh My!
Okay, I am just going to say it, Sabrina is so much more interesting after signing the “Book of the Beast”! I love her new look, and I adore her with Nick Scratch! Harvey is B-O-R-I-N-G, with a capital B! Though, if my best friend dated my first love, boring or not, I’d be pissed! Sabrina is taking this whole Roz and Harvey thing really well, but I guess I would too, if I had such a hot warlock in love with me.
Speaking of Roz, I do like the direction they are taking her character in, and I am very interested in seeing where she lands. I feel like mundane life is the wrong fit for her now, and her visions would be more of an asset in the witchy world. What do you think?
On a completely unrelated note, how cool is the Susie/ Theo storyline? I think it’s fantastic that the writers have introduced a character going through transition to the show. I did expect she would have something come up concerning her identity but this even better than I expected. kudos for taking on real issues, even when surrounded by the surreal.
Anyway, I don’t want to giveaway spoilers, so I will stop now, but I am loving this show! What do you guys think? Have you started season 2 yet?
Reads & Reels 
I’m still kind of on the fence with this show honestly. For some reason the plot doesn’t seem to follow a clear path, which kind of annoys me at times. That being said, I do like the show and plan on starting season two soon.

I found season 2 so much better! Better character arcs, darker episodes, etc… It feels like the show has grown a lot. I think you will enjoy it more

I’m so glad you enjoyed season 2, too! I like the darker, edgier Sabrina as well. 🙂 The characters in the show are fantastic. I really liked how Hilda was such a badass this season. ❤ I wonder if they'll do another special between this and the next season like they did with last year's holiday special. I hope so! It's cool how quickly they've been putting out content for this show, especially with how good it's been. 😀

I binged on Season 2 last weekend and completely agree with you. I know it’s been criticized more, but I liked the darker tone and the examination of how misogynistic the coven is. I can’t wait for season 3!

Right?! Don’t you want to smack the “High Priest”? I have a feeling Zelda may do that for us. It’s hard to explain to people that it’s not really “Satanic” and more allegory and stories. Like, Lilith for example, I’m actually starting to feel sad for her. Anyway, I just love it!

I am also watching the show and loving the direction it’s going in! I had to put it on pause in the meantime because I have guest over and I want to give the show the full attention it deserves. I agree with you that I love this new edgy Sabrina.
