Book Review: How to Be a Grown-Up by Emma McLaughlin & Nicola Kraus #Review #WomensFiction #BookBlogger

Where I am, we have this extra little holiday on Monday called Family Day. Which means, a long weekend for me and I couldn't be happier about it. I think I have a mean case of the January blahs, so I am looking forward to lots of reading, Netflix and wine. Not necessarily in that order.

I'm so excited to share my review of this book! It's my first tour for Penguin Random House Canada and I am so proud to showcase this wonderful novel that not only takes place in my hometown (Toronto), but is also by a Canadian author. This made for such a special reading experience for me, and I am so happy to share Canadian content on Reads & Reels!

#AMREADING Paper Girl by Cindy R. Wilson @CindyRWilson #BookBlogger #YA

Despite having a 'To Do' list a mile long, I've decided I need some TLC, so of course I started a new book! After finishing One of Us is Lying by Karen M. McManus (Click link for review), I got a taste for YA. However, I didn't feel like anything too niche-y if that makes sense. I wanted something with substance and a contemporary feel, which brings me to Paper Girl, by Cindy R. Wilson.
